The individuals in custody have been identified as Ssebagala Noordin, Ayebazibwe Roden, Namukose Juliet, Mondoni Elly, Twinomujuni Herbert, Katsigazi Perigrino, Tayebwa Darlious and Tugume Hannington. Investigators are continuing to piece together evidence and witness accounts as they build a case against the suspects.
