

Honourable Daudi Kabanda, the Secretary General of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU), this evening confirmed Rt. Hon. Minister Oboth Oboth as the prospective Speaker of Uganda’s 12th Parliament. He made the significant announcement during a thanksgiving ceremony held in Kyungu, Mukono District, at the official residence of Honourable Minister Oboth Oboth.
Addressing the congregation and invited dignitaries, Honourable Kabanda stated that the message he delivered was directly from His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, reflecting the confidence and trust placed in Minister Oboth Oboth’s leadership abilities and long-standing service to the nation.
