The Office of the National Chairman (ONC), under the dynamic leadership of Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo, has intensified nationwide grassroots mobilization by dispatching over 2,200 dedicated mobilizers to spearhead the National Resistance Movement (NRM) campaign ahead of the upcoming LC1 and Women Council elections. The team, comprising ONC coordinators, pressure groups, and members of the informal sector, has been entrusted with the vital responsibility of mobilizing wananchi, safeguarding the party’s support, and ensuring a resounding victory for the NRM across the country.

While flagging off the mobilizers, Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo urged them to demonstrate the same unwavering commitment, discipline, and determination that characterized their successful efforts during the presidential election campaign. She emphasized that the LC1 and Women Council elections are the foundation of effective grassroots leadership and called upon every mobilizer to spread the message of peace, unity, patriotism, and socio-economic transformation championed by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and the NRM.

Hajjat Namyalo reaffirmed that the NRM remains the only political movement with a proven track record of delivering peace, stability, infrastructure development, and wealth creation programmes such as the Parish Development Model (PDM), Emyooga, and other initiatives that continue to uplift millions of Ugandans. She encouraged the mobilizers to remind wananchi of these achievements and inspire them to overwhelmingly support NRM candidates in the village elections.

The ONC Manager expressed heartfelt gratitude to H.E. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the National Chairman of the NRM, for his continued trust and unwavering support towards the Bazzukulu. She noted that the facilitation extended to the mobilization teams reflects the President’s commitment to strengthening the party’s grassroots structures and empowering ordinary Ugandans to actively participate in building a prosperous and united nation.

Speaking on behalf of the mobilizers, the coordinators and leaders of the various groups applauded Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo for her visionary leadership, tireless guidance, and steadfast commitment to empowering the Bazzukulu. They pledged total dedication to the assignment, promising to traverse every village, rally support for NRM candidates, protect the party’s victory, and deliver a landslide win in both the LC1 and Women Council elections as the Movement continues to consolidate its support across Uganda.
